What are you waiting for? You know you want to do something different. You know you want to change. So, why are you waiting? Whatever reasons you may have, they're just excuses. There is safety in not changing even if you are unhappy. What if you make a change and it's worse? Guess what! You can change again, even, go back. Throw those excuses aways and get planning.
