Best things come in small packages

Most of us have heard this in reference to jewelry for women. I will agree.

However, it also applies to life. We do not need the big things in life to survive…we need the little things – a hug, a kiss, a smile.

I get the greatest high when people are pleasant to me. I get an even greater high when I am pleasant to others.

Affirmation
Say: I will hug, kiss and smile at others today!

Smile in Adversity

Being angry lets the world know that things aren't ok - but real strength comes when you smile in adversity.

Drifting, Coping, Surviving, Thriving

It's all in perspective.  What is your viewpoint?  How do you talk about your life?  Is there hope or do you go around and complain about how rough you have it?  I understand.  Sometimes we just need some understanding from others that thing just aren't OK.  You can be in a rut and smiling, too.  It all in perspective.

Forgiveness doesn't mean forget

Sometimes we think that hanging on to our anger lets everyone know it's not OK.  However, smiling in adversity is the most powerful thing you can do.

Don't Worry

Dont worry about a thing, cause every little thing gonna be all right.
Singin: dont worry about a thing, cause every little thing gonna be all right!

Rise up this mornin, Smiled with the risin sun,
Three little birds, Pitch by my doorstep
Singin sweet songs, Of melodies pure and true,

Sayin, (this is my message to you-ou-ou:)

Singin: dont worry bout a thing, cause every little thing gonna be all right.
Singin: dont worry (dont worry) bout a thing, cause every little thing gonna be all right!

Have Some Fun Today!

I think this will post on Sunday. I declare this Sunday as "No Grumpiness Day!" If you start to feel the grumps coming on just picture the audience naked. Oh what, wrong advice. Hmmmm. If you start to feel the grumps coming on just try to.....

Smile in Adversity

“Sometimes we think that if we hang on to our anger and bad attitude, we show that it’s not ok – but real strength is smiling in adversity.” - unknown. If you are angry at someone today, try letting go. It drains your energy and makes you ineffective at solving problems. In other words, take the high road and make wonderful things happen.
