Life is short

I saw a quote yesterday.  I'll paraphrase.  It said that you can always find lost money but you cannot find lost time.  This means time must be more valuable than money.

Spend your time wisely - self, family, friends.  No one went to the grave thinking..."I wish I spent less time with people that I care about and more time on things that were not the most important."

Say to yourself: I will spend my time with the right things and people.

Just Keep Moving

It's easy to get paralized by fear and failures.  There is a famous quote by Henry Ford that says he failed a ton before finding success.  For some of us, success is a good job, healthy life and good friends/family.  That's big and I know you can do those things!  You just have to keep moving.  Think forward!

Payoff in wallowing?

What benefit do you get in wallowing in self pity?  Attention?  Comfort in the familiar?  Company from others who wallow, too?  Excuse to not change?  Excuse to not do the work you need to do to feel better?  You are strong and can do whatever it is that you need to do!  You can also ask for help.  You don't have to be alone.  Family and friends can and will help!
