When you exercise your body - you exercise your brain

Experts agree that exercise does a million good things for us. You will experience less sickness, less pain and have a more positive outlook. Successful happy people exercise!
Don't use pain or illness as an excuse. There is something that can get you moving. You've seen people on TV shows. They start to exercise and miraculously no longer have to have that surgery on their knees and/or can stop taking medication!
Say to yourself: I will start exercising for me and my health!
