Think Good Things

If you think you are a loser, then you are a loser and will treat others as losers.  When your thoughts are self-depricating and you will live what you believe.  You then create a muddy picture of the world.  Changing self thoughts is not easy but is neccessary for a better life.  Start simply with even the smallest idea such as, "I am good at breathing."
