Take a walk

Feeling overwhelmed?  About to lose it?  Don't take it out on others - just go take a walk.  Getting away from the moment can some times relax your. Exercise clears the mind.  Endorphines will energize you in a more positive way.  You will feel better and more powerful.

Being Kind Multiplies

When you are kind it multiplies by a least a minimum of 2. (1) You feel better, thus you become healthier. (2) You make someone else feel better and they will spread the positive energy. At that point, the positive effective probably multiplies beyond our imagination!
