What is your challenge? Let it all out. It's ok to say, "Things are not ok." Honoring your feelings of fear and disappointment can help you with change. Change for the better. After you have had it out - think of something small that you can do to move you forward. Don't go for crazy big just start small and add to it on a regular basis - hourly, daily, weekly, monthly...you get the picture.
Say: I will rise above the adversity.
